Leading the way for Hydrogen Valves!

We are thrilled to share that our H29 Ultra-High-Pressure Hydrogen Ball Valve has been tested and certified by Bureau Veritas Group in accordance with ISO 23826 under pressures of up to 700 bar.
Habonim keeps leading the way as the first company to certify an Ultra-High-Pressure Hydrogen valve for marine use.
These valves are used in H2 containers (MEGC), which are essential parts for fuel tanks in electric-propelled ships, or other H2-powered vessels.

Bureau Veritas M&O quoted about the occasion:
“Thrilled to share that Bureau Veritas M&O has granted HABONIM Industrial Valves & Actuators a Type Approval Certificate for its H29 Valves dedicated to Hydrogen applications.
This certificate is the 1st type approval certificate issued assessing the conformity of valves in accordance with NR 678 for Hydrogen-fueled ships, published in November 2023″.
